Holy Cross Hospital launched its Valve and Structural Heart Disease Clinic and its TAVR program in 2012. With the most experience in Broward County in performing the minimally invasive transcatheter aortic valve replacement, Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL has success rates higher than the national average for this procedure. For patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis who are not candidates for open heart surgery, this procedure may be a treatment option.
